Plamen Legkostup, a famous painter and rector of the University of Veliko Turnovo (2007 - 2015), chief advisor at the Confucius Institute Headquarters / Hanban and honorary chairman of the board of advisors of the Confucius Institute at the University of Veliko Turnovo in Bulgaria specially painted an artwork titled "Longevity for Chinese people" in order to express his good wishes to the Chinese people who are fighting against the epidemic of the new coronavirus.
