On December 19th 2018 in the hall of "Vasil Levski" High School in Ruse was held the 6th edition of the music contest "Sing with Мe in Chinese". Special guests of the event were Assoc. Prof. Iskra Mandova and Prof. Plamen Legkostup. The hall was filled with students and teachers from the school that gathered to enjoy the program. Students from all grades studying Chinese language took part in the competition. Among the songs performed by the younger students were "Two Little Tigers" and "Counting Ducklings". The participants from the upper grades presented the songs "The Moon Represents my Heart" and "Love Should be Honest". The audience had the opportunity to enjoy the "Dance of the Peacock" performed by Felisha Saidova from 10th grade. All of the students performed brilliantly and received a long round of applause, which was completely deserved. „Sing with me in Chinese” is a competition that not only gives the students a chance to express themselves, but also to get to know Chinese culture in an interesting way.
