- Summary/Abstract: In the digital age, promoting digital transformation is a crucial driver and direction for educational transformation globally, attracting the shared attention of countries worldwide. From an international comparative perspective, this article focuses on the EU’s education digital transformation strategy, summarizing its key measures in top-level design, standard setting, talent cultivation, and ecosystem development. Meanwhile, in the process of deepening comprehensive reforms in the education sector, advancing education digitalization, and accelerating the development of an educational powerhouse in China, this article draws beneficial insights from the EU’s experience in education digital transformation. It also explores pathways for cooperation and exchange in digital talent cultivation between China and the EU.
