  • Summary/Abstract: The cultural artistry of people always impresses with interesting characters and plots. This following article aims to present the transformations of women into animals and of animals into women in Chinese and Bulgarian folklore, starting from ancient myths and the deities who created the humans, passing through the traditional transformations into dragons or hydras, as well as into other creatures such as nine-tailed foxes, hedgehogs, bears, goats, and birds.
